FAMILY LAW
Family Law is part of Civil Law, which concerns all the legal rules that govern family relationships, that is, the relationships that are formed and developed within the family.
The issues of Family Law in Cyprus are regulated by a multitude of laws, the most basic of which are the following:

6. The Law of 1991 on the Regulation of Property Relations of Spouses (L.232/91)
7. The Adoption Law of 1995 (L.19(I)/95)
8. The Marriage Law of 2003 (L.104(I)03)
9. The Application of the 2003 Marriage Law to Members of the turkish Community (Temporary Provisions) Law of 2003 (L.120(I)/03)
Family Law includes, among others: Communication, Family disputes, Divorces, Aliment, Parent-child relationships, Adoptions, Minor's Commissions, Adoption of a Minor, Guardianship, Judicial Custody, Stop List Prohibition of molestation of a Minor, Withdrawal of a Minor's sum of money, Property Disputes
