In order to set up a business entity you will need to submit the appropriate legal documents and comply with the requirements of the law which differ depending on the type of business you want to create. 

The process of registering a company in Cyprus is more simplified and faster than in other European countries. However due diligence is necessary before registration.

The creation of a business entity requires the approval of the desired company name and other obligations (documents: Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Association - Rules for Regulating the operation of the company, Statutory Declaration of Compliance HE1, Office Registration Address HE2, Director and Secretary HE3) to be submitted to the Registrar of Companies.
